Before YANCOPOW, he spent years managing large-scale battery projects and OEM/ODM production runs, building the kind of supplier relationships and factory-floor knowledge that keep delivery timelines honest. He also leads YANCOPOW’s international logistics — coordinating between the Guangdong manufacturing base, Shenzhen HQ, and 16 overseas warehouses across 6 regions.
